Yeah its a fine line, they need to get something back from the bookies to fund the industry but how do they do this without hindering promotion...surely they could introduce exemptions.

Hi Mike, I'm not really concerned with intellectual property rights, but surely you see the issue with someone purchasing anothers tips and selling them as their own on the same site?...whether it contravenes the terms of use (which it does) or not.

Thanks Cracka, I can't agree with you more. Luc/Kagan are handling it so I'm hesitant to name 'them' (its one person with dual accounts), but surround's clues should be enough. If not, just check the highlights page for the last two Saturdays...it stands out.

How could I be happy with someone taking 95% of my tips and selling them as their own? It's clearly against the T & Cs of the site and I've been informed they are on thin ice.

I disagree MoneyTalks but doesnt mean im right. He was on the horse with the best sprint in the race but a slight 1600 doubt....then takes off 5wide from the 800, Ilovethiscity had the sit on him and couldnt keep going. The Toff was clearly the best run in the race in my opinion. (first three home drew 1,2,3)

Thanks mate....big day today too, the tide is starting to turn in my favour again. I do have my bad stretches but the good ones do outweigh them in the end.

Been number 1 in the place standings for a long time now. Have had an average month for winners but the tide is starting to turn with yesterdays effort. Follow me and you'll get (on average) half a dozen good each-way chances every day. I do my own form and prefer the provincials - thats where the value is.

Its a very ordinary G1. Melito will be hard to beat but I think Monton and Set For Fame could fight it out. Monton has trialled very nicely and his last run was better than it looks on paper. Think SFF might just be a sprinter and if she takes a sit could be explosive at the finish.

Ive taken the 51s More Strawberries. As TheNudge wrote, her debut was enormous and the form has been franked. She just has to win on Saturday, and it doesnt look strong. I wont back her on Saturday, is she wins there she'll be single figures and I'll lay some off.

Hope this has not been suggested already, but I think the opportunity to post a comment for each of your tips would be a useful addition for purchasers of your tips. I know when I am tipped a horse I like to know why it is going to win.
