I had a little bit less on it so you saved me a few dollars. He only just missed but your analysis was right that he wasn't a "bet of the day" on the drier surface. My selections plus spartacus is a 2nd business for me.
I get his tips each day along with my own and place the bets the best way i can and then hope something positive comes out of it.
I have been doing it for 12moths with his and 6 months with mine and his.

re spartacus - what i did was take out a month and i bet 20 x 20 and built it up each month.
yes I agree 100W is a big ticket right off the bat.
he does so well on the place that the EW approach is also worth considering
can moderate the run of outs

Cheers for the info on Catashee, Might have to just go the place,with only a small amount on the nose, or perhaps rover trifecta. Will see how the odds pan out, and if rain stays away before making a final decision. I still liked her last run though,and if she runs a good race again tomorrow, won't get any odds next start!

yeh i know of headhunter.... gees a beautiful horse, stocky little thing you would almost call him in ARAB.... mate i live in Toowoomba actually, so rarely get to the track, but follow with very close interest. My father and his father were both trainers in Melbourne, the Armanasco's, so its in my blood. ill keep an eye out for catashee, thats exciting for you! few good races coming up in bris over the next month...
